We offer a platform where job seekers can upload their CVs and subscribe to have their profiles visible to our recruitment company partners. The visibility service is subject to the timely payment of the specified fees.

2.2. Payment Terms

Job seekers agree to pay a recurring monthly or yearly fee as specified on the Website. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of profile visibility services.

3. User Obligations

3.1. Profile Accuracy

Job seekers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the information provided in their profiles. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate profiles with inaccurate or misleading information.

3.2. Payment Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with outstanding or failed payments.

4. Privacy and Data Security

4.1. Data Collection

We collect, use, and process personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data.

4.2. Security

You may terminate your profile visibility services at any time by canceling your subscription. Fees are non-refundable, and profile visibility will continue until the end of the paid period.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

8.2. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to mediation in accordance with the mediation rules of the Malta Arbitration Centre for Conciliation and Mediation (MACM). If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Chapter 387 of the Laws of Malta).

8.3. Court Proceedings

Notwithstanding the above, either Party may seek interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction if necessary to avoid irreparable damage or to preserve the status quo.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these detailed Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
