Duties

# Client Consultation:

# Spa Treatments:

  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic services, with skill and precision.
  • Utilize a range of techniques and modalities to deliver effective results and promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
  • Continuously strive to enhance the overall spa experience for clients through attentive and personalized care.

# Client Education:

  • Educate clients on the benefits of different spa treatments and provide guidance on post-treatment care to prolong results.
  • Offer recommendations for skincare routines, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle adjustments to support clients' holistic well-being.

# Product Sales and Promotion:

  • Recommend and promote retail products to clients to complement their spa experience and extend the benefits of treatments.
  • Actively participate in product promotions and sales initiatives to maximize revenue and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

# Cleanliness and Sanitation:

  • Adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic and safe spa environment.
  • Ensure that all equipment, tools, and treatment areas are sanitized and prepared for each client according to spa standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role.
  • Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and skincare products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
