Overview

Duties

# Client Consultation:

  • Maintain clear communication throughout the consultation process to ensure client satisfaction and comfort.

# Spa Treatments:

  • Utilize various techniques and modalities to deliver effective results and enhance the overall well-being of clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in spa therapy to offer innovative and high-quality services.

# Client Education:

  • Educate clients on the benefits of different spa treatments and provide guidance on post-treatment care to optimize results.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for skincare routines, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle adjustments to support clients' holistic wellness.

# Product Sales and Promotion:

  • Recommend and promote retail products to clients to complement their spa experience and extend the benefits of treatments.
  • Actively participate in sales initiatives and promotions to increase product sales and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

# Cleanliness and Sanitation:

  • Adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic and safe spa environment.
  • Ensure that all equipment, tools, and treatment areas are sanitized and prepared for each client according to spa standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role.
  • Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and skincare products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
