Overview

A Spa Therapist is responsible for providing a range of beauty and wellness treatments to clients in a spa or wellness center setting. Duties

# Client Consultation:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in spa therapy to offer a diverse range of services.

# Client Education:

  • Educate clients on the benefits of different spa treatments and recommend personalized self-care routines to maintain results.
  • Provide guidance on skincare practices, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle adjustments to support clients' holistic wellness.

# Product Sales and Promotion:

  • Recommend and sell retail products to clients to complement their spa experience and enhance their at-home skincare regimen.
  • Actively promote spa services, packages, and special offers to increase client engagement and loyalty.

# Cleanliness and Sanitation:

  • Adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards to maintain a hygienic and safe spa environment.
  • Ensure all equipment, tools, and treatment areas are sanitized and prepared for each client according to spa protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role.
  • Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and skincare products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
