Overview
A Construction Site Supervisor is a organiser of constructional schedules and tasks assigned by seniors of construction site and supervise the labour workers, he instructs and supervise constructional workers—Site Construction supervisor helps top management to complete constructional projects with better efficiency.
Duties
Overseeing Day-to-Day Operations
- On-field standing on the construction site, taking all notes of all the work status of construction site, ensuring that everything working as per given timeline. They make sure the construction work aligns with the grand plan and stays on schedule with all workers.
Safety First
- ensuring all Safety tools for construction site to keep safety first, like goggles, Hard hats, High-visibility equipments. supervision is about safety and control over working conditions. Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering Degree from a recognized university
- One to two years of experience in the same role required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of building construction methods
- Expertise in Ms Office suite required
- Good organizational and planning skills required
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
