Overview
The Production Worker plays a vital role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the assembly, inspection, and packaging of products. Duties
Assembly Line Operations

Quality Control
- Conduct regular inspections of products during and after assembly to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in materials or finished products to supervisors.
Packaging and Labeling
- Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Label products accurately, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
Material Handling
- Load and unload materials and products from machines, conveyors, and pallets.
- Maintain an organized work area by keeping tools, materials, and equipment in their designated places.
- Adherence to Safety Standards
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize workplace hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety training and meetings, remaining informed about safety practices and emergency procedures.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues about production processes, challenges, and improvements.
Continuous Improvement

Qualifications:
