• Collect and remove trash from designated areas, including trash bins and dumpsters.
• Ensure that trash receptacles are emptied and cleaned regularly.
• Dispose of trash in accordance with waste disposal guidelines and regulations.

# Surface Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to keep surfaces clean and presentable.
• Inspect surfaces for damage or wear and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Polish and buff surfaces to maintain a professional appearance.

# Groundskeeping:

• Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as lawn mowing, weed control, and landscaping.
• Maintain outdoor areas by picking up litter, sweeping walkways, and removing debris.
• Water plants and flowers as needed to ensure they remain healthy and vibrant.

# Maintenance Support:

• Provide general maintenance support to maintenance staff, including assisting with repairs and installations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
