Overview

Duties

Installation and Assembly:

Repair and Maintenance:

  • Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues in pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent problems and ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

  • Identify and troubleshoot complex plumbing problems, such as low water pressure, sewer backups, or water heater malfunctions.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to locate and resolve issues efficiently.

Fixture Installation and Connection:

  • Install and connect plumbing fixtures and appliances, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a vocational program in plumbing or apprenticeship training.
