Overview
A Maintenance Person is responsible for performing various repair, maintenance, and upkeep tasks to ensure the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of buildings, facilities, equipment, and grounds. Duties
# Facility Maintenance;
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facilities.
# Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
# Groundskeeping:
- Maintain outdoor areas including landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal.
- Ensure proper upkeep of parking lots and walkways.
# Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
# Documentation and Reporting:
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders and maintenance logs.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
