- Take customers’ orders in a polite + friendly manner
- Provide timely and accurate customer service
- Use cash register, including checking float at the beginning of the shift and closing the cash at the end of the shift
- Accept and organize deliveries via online platforms
- Stock up your station
- Make sure that your station is always clean + organized
- Upsell and cross-sell products while taking customers’ orders
- Food, restaurant, team and / or customer service experience.
