Overview
A Gardener is responsible for cultivating and maintaining outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, landscapes, and green areas. They play a vital role in enhancing the beauty, health, and sustainability of outdoor environments through planting, pruning, watering, and landscaping activities.
Duties
# Landscape Maintenance:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and aesthetics of outdoor areas.
- Perform pruning, trimming, and mowing as necessary to maintain plant health and shape.
# Planting and Propagation:
- Select appropriate plants for landscaping projects based on site conditions and design preferences.

# Soil Care and Fertilization:
- Assess soil quality and implement fertilization and soil amendment practices to promote plant growth.
- Monitor soil moisture levels and adjust watering schedules as needed to maintain optimal conditions.
# Watering and Irrigation:
- Install, maintain, and adjust irrigation systems to ensure plants receive adequate water.
- Monitor water usage and implement water conservation practices where applicable.
# Weed Control and Pest Management:
- Identify and address weed infestations using manual or chemical control methods as appropriate.
