Overview

Duties
# Crop Cultivation:
- Plan, manage, and execute the cultivation of various crops according to seasonal schedules and market demands.

- Implement sustainable farming practices to promote soil fertility and crop resilience.
# Livestock Management:
- Oversee the care and welfare of livestock, including feeding, breeding,and health management.
- Maintain clean and sanitary living conditions for animals,adhering to animal welfare standards and regulations.
# Farms Operations:
- Coordinate day-to-day farm activities, including planting,harvesting,and equipment maintenance.
- Manage farm resources efficiently,including land ,water, and machinery,to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all farm personnel.
# Harvesting and Processing:
- Plan and execute harvest operations in a timely manner, ensuring the effiient and careful harvesting of crops.
- Coordinate with processing facilities or markets for the sale and distribution of harvsted products.
- Maintain quality control measure during harvesting and processing to preserve product integrity and marketability.
# Environmental Stewardship:
- Promote environmental sustainability through responsible land management practices, conservation efforts, and biodiversity preservation.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in crop cultivation, livestock management, and farm operations.
