Factory Worker

# Assembly and Production:

• Assemble components or parts according to standardized work instructions to contribute to the production process.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets and quality standards.

# Quality Control:

• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our company's quality standards.
• Report any defects or discrepancies promptly to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

# Packaging and Labeling:

• Package finished products securely and accurately according to specified guidelines to prepare them for shipment.
• Apply labels and markings as required, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

# Material Handling:#

• Safely transport materials and components within the factory using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed.
• Assist with inventory management by accurately recording materials usage and replenishing stock as necessary.

# Cleanup and Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area by disposing of waste, debris, and scrap materials properly.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.

Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in reading and interpreting work instructions.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is a plus.
