Duties

Operating Drones Safely

  • Drone pilots are certified remote pilots responsible for safely operating drones. They must understand regulations, operating requirements, and safety procedures. From takeoff to landing, they guide the drone through its entire mission, ensuring it completes all objectives captures from the drone.

Capturing Aerial Content

  • Whether it’s jaw-dropping aerial photos, cinematic film shots, or data for mapping and analysis, drone pilots are the eyes in the sky. They skillfully maneuver the drone to capture stunning visuals from above.

Flight Planning and Monitoring

  • Before the drone takes flight, pilots plan its path, considering factors like weather, airspace restrictions, and objects. During the flight, they keep a watchful eye on the drone’s performance and adjust as needed.
