Overview
A Diver is a skilled professional who conducts underwater diving activities for various purposes, including exploration, construction, maintenance, salvage, research, or recreational diving. Duties
Underwater Operations:
- Perform underwater tasks such as inspections, repairs, installations, or construction activities as directed by project requirements.
- Navigate underwater environments using scuba gear, surface-supplied diving systems, or other diving equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair diving equipment, including regulators, tanks, buoyancy control devices, masks, fins, and dive suits, to ensure proper functioning and safety during dives.
- Conduct pre-dive checks and equipment tests to verify functionality and readiness for underwater operations.
Safety and Risk Management:
- Assess environmental conditions, water currents, visibility, and potential hazards before conducting dives, making informed decisions to mitigate risks and ensure diver safety.
- Monitor dive time, depth, and decompression requirements to prevent decompression sickness or other diving-related injuries.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate dive logs, records, and reports detailing dive activities, observations, findings, and any incidents or emergencies encountered during dives.
- Document underwater discoveries, specimens, or data collected during research dives for scientific or educational purposes.
Communication and Collaboration:

Qualifications
