Overview

Duties

# Customer Support:

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.

# Order Processing:

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the shipping and logistics team to track orders and provide customers with updates as needed.

# Problem Resolution:

  • Listen actively to customer concerns and proactively seek solutions to resolve issues.
  • Handle complaints and feedback professionally and empathetically, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.

# Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions to better serve our customers.

# Customer Feedback:

  • Solicit feedback from customers to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile feedback and insights to share with the management team for continuous enhancement of our products/services and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and experience with order management software is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
