Duties

Household Management:
- Oversee and coordinate household operations, including scheduling and supervising domestic staff, managing household budgets, and maintaining inventories of supplies and provisions.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the residence, overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks to uphold the highest standards of comfort and hospitality.
Guest Relations:
- Welcome and attend to guests with warmth, courtesy, and grace, providing assistance with check-in, luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and personalized amenities.
- Coordinate and execute special events, dinners, and social gatherings, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guests' expectations for hospitality and entertainment.
Concierge Services:
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering recommendations and arranging reservations for dining, entertainment, cultural attractions, and leisure activities.
- Coordinate transportation services, airport transfers, and chauffeur-driven outings, ensuring guests' comfort, safety, and enjoyment throughout their stay.
Security and Confidentiality:
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding clients' personal affairs, sensitive information, and household matters, respecting their privacy and trust.
- Implement security protocols and measures to safeguard the residence, valuables, and occupants, monitoring access, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals on the premises.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience working as a butler, household manager, or personal assistant in private residences, estates, or luxury hotels, catering to the needs of discerning clients or households.
- Exceptional hospitality and service skills, with a polished and professional demeanor, impeccable grooming, and the ability to interact with clients, guests, and staff with grace and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities, coordinate schedules, and oversee complex logistics in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
