Duties
Mixing and Serving Drinks:

- Use bartending tools and equipment such as shakers, jiggers, strainers, and glassware to craft drinks with precision and consistency.
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly, take drink orders, and engage in friendly conversation to create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.
- Provide recommendations on drink selections, offer information about specials or promotions, and cater to individual tastes and preferences.
Knowledge of Beverages:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of various spirits, liquors, wines, beers, and mixers, including their origins, flavors, and characteristics.
- Stay informed about current trends in mixology, cocktail culture, and beverage innovations to offer innovative and creative drink options.
Bar Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including the bar top, back bar, refrigeration units, and storage areas, to uphold hygiene standards and ensure a visually appealing environment.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients, garnishes, and supplies, and restock as needed to prevent shortages during peak hours.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a bartender in a bar, restaurant, nightclub, or similar establishment
- Thorough understanding of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including spirits, liqueurs, beers, wines, and mixers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers, provide recommendations, and deliver exceptional service.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when measuring ingredients, crafting drinks, and processing orders to ensure consistency and quality.
