Overview
An Assembly Line Worker is responsible for performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing or production setting, typically as part of a team involved in assembling products or components. Duties
Product Assembly:

Quality Control:

- Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming parts, components, or finished products, reporting issues to supervisors or quality assurance personnel for corrective action.
Machine Operation:
- Operate machinery, equipment, or automated systems on the assembly line, including conveyor belts, robotic arms, stamping machines, or injection molding machines, according to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, or adjusting equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
Material Handling:
- Load and unload materials, parts, or components onto the assembly line, using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hoists, and transport them between workstations or storage areas as required.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking materials used, recording production counts, and replenishing supplies to support continuous workflow and minimize downtime.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production goals, resolve technical issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, following verbal and written instructions, sharing feedback, and contributing to a positive work environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Qualifications
